About Cari Rincker


Cari Rincker is the Principal Attorney at Rincker Law, PLLC, a nationally recognized law practice focusing in Food, Farm and Family.  She is bar licensed in Illinois, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Texas, Kentucky and Washington, D.C.  She is also a trained mediator and works as an Guardian ad Litem in Illinois on matters involving the allocation of parental responsibilities, guardianships, and adoptions.  She grew-up on a cattle farm in Shelbyville, Illinois where she now resides with her two small children, Jace and Raelynn.


Her Many Hats


Cari wears many hats – not only is she a mother and lawyer, but she too is a business owner and prolific writer.  Cari has written two children’s books in her Adventures of Jace series and four other books in the areas of food and agriculture law.  She is a nationally recognized voice in the agriculture law community and is passionate about strong families make strong communities.  In her mom era, she enjoys taking the children swimming, teaching them yoga and exploring museums.  Cari resides near her family’s cattle farm and loves teaching her children about the farm.
